Pros

This is a great internship for those willing to learn a new skill set working with the SI team. Working with the delay team, I gained invaluable experience with schedule analysis as well as with the construction process including the critical path method.

Cons

The commute to the LA office was killer, but the experience outweighed having to drive all the way.

Pros

This is an organisation made up of the best possible people at every level in their particular fields. The collaborative culture and general good feeling across the board is wonderful to experience, and on the hierarchical front it is very flat indeed. It really is a team of people working together across the world. The development of junior team members is, dare I say (having experienced both), far quicker and better than at the larger competitors.

Cons

Pretty much the hindrance that time zones bring when wanting to speak to colleagues is the biggest 'con' I can think of, which is pretty good.
