A collection of brilliance at the top, teaching the next generation their own skills whilst encouraging them to develop their own strengths. In the 2 years I have been here it has changed beyond recognition as a result of very impressive growth, yet still maintains a flat hierarchical system and is an extremely collaborative and friendly adventure to be a part of. If you want to be surrounded by the best people in their field and work on the most exciting and interesting disputes, this is the place for you.

Cons

Being a comparatively small company yet having a global spread, speaking to colleagues in some time zones can be a challenge!

The chance to work on some the largest and highest profile disputes is another key benefit of working at Secretariat. The working environment is friendly and relaxed. Overall a great place to work.
