Variability in work schedule. Sometimes can be a standard 40 hour week, sometimes can be working evenings/weekends At the mercy of lawyers’ schedule Lack of transparency from management on expectations of employees Lack of transparency on compensation/promotion status Incentivized to be inefficient (problem with the econ consulting industry)

Flexible hours with some weeks being busier than others due to the nature of different types of cases coming in. I was able to learn about many different fields at once and exposed to testing throughout the entire experience.

Cons

N/A overly enjoyed the entire experience and I would recommend coming here for an internship!
