The actually co-workers were great when you saw them for about 30 min a day.

Cons

It's a door to door job that is presented as a once in a lifetime opportunity. It's far from that! The owner kept my last check and put me in a bad situation.

Key steps to succeed in a career 1. Have a vision 2. Create a detailed plan on how to get there 3. Have at least 1 mentor to help guide you on your path 4. Put in the work (don't complain just do it) and follow the steps of your plan with the help of your mentor and you will see success in your life I personally know the CEO Daniel Shen, he is a proven leader who can help you set a vision, create a plan, motivate you each day through his own strategic and creative tasks and guide you day in and day out via life examples. Anyone considering working at Sector 7, whether you stay or not, having Daniel Shen as a mentor will benefit your life one way or another. Just being around him you will pick up qualities such as e.g. not complaining, stop making excuses, don't play the victim, taking ownership etc. The team at sector 7 is like a family where one can join feel welcomed and promoting good vibes motivating each other through positive affirmations and at the end of the day showing each person how teamwork, motivation and having a vision will get you results.

The atmosphere, the culture, the co-workers and environment you are in just exudes friendliness and care. Not only is everyone a wonder to work with, you are surrounded with positivity and new equipment due to the recent formation of said firm.

Cons

The demand of your work is extremely high and compensation and rewards is based off of your performance, therefore if you are unable to cope with the pressure and stress, you will not last long.
