Sectra Culture Reaches Beyond Expectations

Pros

Some of the reasons it is great to work for Sectra: - everyone is friendly and welcoming regardless of title - cannot feel the hierarchy that you do with other organizations, so it is not intimidating to talk to anyone - understand the work life balance and are great promoters of this value - everyone is open to share knowledge freely to anyone who would like to learn - great environment to work in, we work hard but you don't mind because you really feel like a part of the work family

Cons

I so far have not found any cons to working for Sectra. In the short time I have been with the company I am very happy with my decision to join the team and still very excited about the opportunities they have to offer.
