Pros

On site housing. Job security. Takes a lot to be fired. Schedule is okay as long as you aren't understaffed, once your understaffed it will take forever to have the positions filled. The recruiter (Erik) is phenomenal at his job.

Cons

Lack of leadership. LARGE communication breakdowns from upper leadership down to area managers. Overworked and underpaid. Bonus structure is a joke. You will be asked to get quotes for many projects and then told the projects won't be completed until next quarter.

the only thing I liked was the full time job!

Cons

They pay horrible, expect to much, don't make you feel appreciated at all, no raises, they cut hours on Saturdays to save money even though you get paid minimum wage already! I do not recommend at all.
