      Coworkers are great, very helpful, energetic and somewhat positive. Management tries.

      Minimum wage pay No raises The owner is a creep Hr is a joke and only there to protect the company and not the employees If you have one bad month with low sales, leads, installs, ect. You’ll be fired. Does not matter how loyal or how good you’ve proven yourself to be. Cold calling, even though they say it isn’t. Lots of promises no end result, except for maybe a fun pizza party! Dangerous location

      Pros

      Decent co-workers for the most part. Plus ADT is a national brand so that gives you some clout.

      Cons

      On-site job if you live in the STL area, terrible leadership and mangers. Spray and pray style of selling. No room for advancement and base pay that is a joke. No diversity and inclusion. Management is all white males.
