I agree that SecureLink is a very transparent organization with an incredible culture and even better employees! I am disappointed that you think there's little opportunity for advancement though. For a relatively small team, this group has seen several significant promotions in the last year or so: into Sales, Account Management, Project Management, Revenue Operations, and within the BDR team itself. I think SecureLink is a pretty great place for someone who wants to learn, develop, and grow their career and it's repeatedly demonstrated this commitment. Have you shared this feedback with your manager or your skip-level leadership? If you haven't, I'd encourage you to do so and ask them what feedback they have to offer you, to enable you to develop your career.
