Pros

Relaxed work environment, great perks, tight team.

Cons

There are some though technical problems to solve, and a steep learning curve, so you'll need to be very determined and/or smart to learn what's required.

Pros

SecureLink is a young company with a great future. What we do here improves the IT Security of our hundreds of customers. This makes you challenge yourself, and your team, which I've found vital to improve my skills and stay up to date. Also, the office in Costa Rica is really cool. Great view, leisure room, snacks, drinks, and even lunch. All of this, on the company. Benefits are average or better compared to similar companies in the country. The working environment is great and the managers are really open for a quick chat or a 1:1. It's an awesome place to work.

Cons

The company is still young, so there's a learning curve and a lot of procedures that are still being structured. But we're getting there. New employees may feel unproductive at first, but that's normal. Salary raise policy is not very clear. It exists, but it's not really explained to new employees.
