      Easy job. Low stress work days half of the month.

      Cons

      New management only hired from Extraspace. No opportunities for promotion or growth. Only hiring men. Gaslights you into thinking you are going to be promoted only to hire outside of the company after you do extra work for several months. Doesn't pay longterm employees their worth and doesn't care when you complain or ask for recognition for your proven numbers. Discrimination practices towards women and LGBT employees.

      Good work schedule and that's about it.

      Cons

      Micro Management, Time Theft with NO CONSEQUENCES. Lack of communication from superiors, favoritism, Absolutely no support. Nothing gets done, Corp drags their feet with everything. Nobody know what is going on there.
