Pros

Freedom to work at your pace without too much bureaucracy and administrative paperwork. Mostly working alone on your own doing inspection.

Cons

Tedious onboarding process of mostly unhelpful and bloaty paperwork. Repetitive inspection walk can be dull and boring to some people. Management of customers with poor time-management can be frustrating if you do not have patience.

Pros

Easy job. Low stress work days half of the month.

Cons

New management only hired from Extraspace. No opportunities for promotion or growth. Only hiring men. Gaslights you into thinking you are going to be promoted only to hire outside of the company after you do extra work for several months. Doesn't pay longterm employees their worth and doesn't care when you complain or ask for recognition for your proven numbers. Discrimination practices towards women and LGBT employees.
