      Pros

      Working alone on Saturdays. You are able to rent a storage unit for half off during your time here. Very easy work. Nothing stressful about this job.

      Cons

      unmotivated staff, dealing w/ mean tenants, unit break ins, tenant evictions, having to navigate the system with cold and unsupportive upper management.

      Easy job. Low stress work days half of the month.

      Cons

      New management only hired from Extraspace. No opportunities for promotion or growth. Only hiring men. Gaslights you into thinking you are going to be promoted only to hire outside of the company after you do extra work for several months. Doesn't pay longterm employees their worth and doesn't care when you complain or ask for recognition for your proven numbers. Discrimination practices towards women and LGBT employees.
