Company is growing fast and opportunities for promotions are opening up. Management has improved communication to the field and expectations are clearly set to achieve goals and bonuses. I am enjoying my time here and hoping to take on more responsibilities soon.

Pros

I enjoyed my time at Securespace very much. Helpful training team for onboarding and I really liked all my coworkers. Store leadership was good, they gave us monthly goals that were achievable. Across 12 years and 3 different Storage companies, this was the best I have seen.

Cons

My location was the only store in my state, so coverage for emergencies was hard and stressful.

Pros

From my initial onboarding this company showed me they really care about the people who join their team. Everyone has been very welcoming and is happy to lend a hand or teach me something new about self-storage. The tools and support we receive are very helpful to complete my tasks and get through each day. I am glad I joined this company and hope it's my last job!

Cons

Self storage isn't always a glamorous job, but this is as good as it gets.
