      Pros

      The andromeda training in Bucharest office. You learn plenty of stuff about what a security analyst should look for. Some of us (juniors) knew much more then the seniors.

      Cons

      The team leads and the managers don’t have a clue about what should be done. One of my former team leads couldn’t even login in one of our tools after 1 year. He then was supposed to analyze my tickets and give me a note which may affect your bonus or even your promotion. It was really embarrassing to see the man that should guide you to be this bad. A lot of the people in the Bucharest office are friends or former employees and they tend to be mean with the “outsiders”. After I left secureworks I was asked for a review and I have mentioned my former team lead with examples for each thing. Now he is laughing that nobody does nothing against him.

      Pros

      - great environment, no closed doors offices, all open space - young team but things are pretty stable in a corporate way - really nice development opportunities, since everyone has the possibility to learn and get certifications

      - not too many team buildings, should be more

      Latest technology to work. you will find good tech people around you. Good place to learn.

      Management started micro management. Management is moving towards like a service company like environment. Hiring standard felt down in recent days.
