Pros

Great for beginners in Data Security. No educational requirements at all. 24/7/365 operation dictates schedules for all SOC analysts.

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry. Training is the 13th Century Model...Apprenticeship. Leadership has axed all technical job-related training initiatives in favor of apprenticeships. Layoffs for the training department are imminent. Those who don't measure up immediately are placed on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) which is a 30-day ticket to unemployment. Watch the stock price AND your back.

Pros

Good people, decent money, hires people with little experience in the industry and trains them well. Great stepping stone to get into the industry

Cons

Management does not care, they are all metric driven, would not get credit for all work or if you find several opportunities in one account

Everyone in all positions are willing to help you succeed and progress. Great service offering,

Cons

It is very US centric, EMEA need to operate differently to the US to get the best out of the market.
