      Pros

      Discounted certifications, friendly environment, decent pay (for starters). Relaxation zone, weekly fruits day, ok management. Many talented people. Accent on sharing knowledge. I started my job here with an internship where I received training for 1 month and I had to pass an exam at the end.

      Small salary increments at promotions.

      Continuous technical challenges, up-to-date technology exposure, training and certification sponsorship, option to work full time from home (mandatory now!), friendly and approachable staff (you can be on conversation terms with almost anyone, no matter how far up the tree!)

      Cons

      There is continuous disruption due to constant change of technologies, which you must learn to manage.
