      Pros

      The individuals contributors, some of the best people I’ve ever worked with.

      Cons

      The so-called management. Manager insulted my wife battling cancer Once I returned from FMLA thankfully I was laid off. It was a nice place for a while. People were let go without a word, leaving others to wonder where the next round was coming.

      Good engineers, good work life balance, good benefits and perks

      Cons

      Company struggling real bad, so they mass layoff every year. Getting intimidated by major players in the cyber security world. Lack of direction from the past hurting growth now. Client churn is a major factor. Management not really transparent with their actions.
