Pros

Gartner leader for MSSPs, competitive pay and amazing benefits through Dell. Incredibly smart people everywhere you look on the technical side. Opportunities are there in the sales org if you are hungry for them.

Cons

Very limited marketing budget and lack of direction with inside sales org. Sales teams felt very siloed at times. Not much sales enablement to speak of.

Pros

Decent pay depending on the Comp Plan currently in place (There were 4 different comp plans in my 1-1/2). Great Office Location, with some upgrades that make it look more 'modern'. Good Technology SPIFF with being part of the Dell Family.

Cons

Continuous Change. High Pressure, and always more stress regardless of your number. Unreachable Quotas. Currently there is a BUNCH of turnover at the Senior Leadership Level. No Roadmap from DGR to another internal role that isn't sales. Don't pay for Certifications Low man on the totem pole, and constantly reminded of so.

- Advancements are based on proficiency not politics and leadership transparency is the best I have seen in any company I worked in. - The fact that the entire company is doing security means that there is no better place to work in if you want to advance your career in the field. - Certification and training opportunities are significant and at level with the best multinational companies in Romania.

Cons

- Salary levels are a bit under the market medium in the domain for Bucharest leading to people being offered a lot more money when they move on to other companies.
