Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Work life balance and collaborative SE’s and colleagues.

Cons

3 work force reductions in the last year. Some received as little as 2 weeks severance. Sales headcount is under 50% if what is used to be. Technical team has experience big layoffs as well. Looking at financials, Secureworks future is in trouble.

Pros

The pay is decent although it's under the market avarage. You can usually combat that with Overtime, since they pay them well. They are not keen on Return to Office. The benefits are good, you get an yearly allowence to get certified in the field. They usually have good deals with the retailers near the office space. They also.have a good deal with some of the local atractions.

Cons

It's hard to navigate the corporate ladder. It's hard to get a rise other then a small yearly one. Sometimes, the needs of the managment and upper management are prioritized compared to the needs of the normal employees
