Pros

Inside Sales is a great way to get your foot in the door in an industry that is seeing rapid growth. Continuous learning and development is a big focus within Inside Sales. New leadership is doing a great job building a winning culture and breaking down the silos across the various segments that once existed within Inside Sales. A new progression model was launched this year giving employees the opportunity to grow their skill sets and make more money along the way. Breakfast for employees every Monday is awesome.

Cons

No work from home days.
