Pay is decent, a pension IF you can last 5 years
Cons
Stressful, lacks direction, expected to wear numerous hats and be SME on any application you touch. Required you to become certified for aforementioned applications duh as ServiceNow, AWS Cloud etc.. These certifications are required on top of your regular job even though they’re full time roles in their own right. Glad to be out of that stress mill!
