Pros

The work life balance at this company is incredible! You will find the projects move slowly, so if you're looking for a fast paced environment, this is not for you. However the people are super nice, open to innovation (although stifled by ancient systems) and super family oriented. Be friendly and good with communication, and you will succeed!

Cons

Projects can get sleepy, and stunted by lack of technology hours. Generally pays below market rate, but may be a good trade-off as you'll never work over 40 hours and have great PTO and benefits.

The company is incredibly stable. They continue to work on modernization, but business is strong and stable.

Cons

I'm in the insurance side of the business, and for me... it's not a stimulating LOB. I'd just simply like to be doing something more fun.
