Pros

Good company and nice people to work with. If you're lucky you'll have a pretty awesome supervisor. Benefits are decent.

Cons

No one ever leaves so if you're looking to promote within good luck trying. They have two ramps in both the building but the contract for employee parking sucks big time.

Great people to work with throughout the company. Good growth opportunities, ability to move around to different areas. Stability is second to none. Pension is a plus.

Cons

With many individuals having been there 20+ years there's resistance to change.
