      Pros

      Good environment and people who treat each other with respect. Like to hire from within so there's opportunities to move around. A lot of focus put on the customer and helping them in times of need.

      Cons

      Very conservative culture. Seem to hire a lot of people from the same private schools.

      Pros

      Extensive training, volunteer opportunities, all-company events, decent pay, comfortable working environment, longevity (low turn-over rates).

      Cons

      Hiring from within makes it difficult to get in to begin with. There seems to be some hostility from within, especially those who have been there for a long time without being promoted. Because people are working in the same positions for many years, the environment becomes difficult to maintain ambiguity. Be prepared to work a lot of over time.
