When I started they had REALLY old files and I was one of the first ones to train for a while. So they were all outdated. They didn't update them just said follow the document then i would get in trouble for not doing it right. I waited 4 months for them to update a file before. They don't care if you're new. They expect you to do it on your own. Won't check your work even! Its crazy to me. Never have I had such a terrible training experience in my life. My boss would change the time limits on files that needed to be done every other day. They gave me the work of 3 peoples to do daily! Told me I STILL wasn't doing enough.

They will never advance. Behind in every category. Don't come here if you want to be working on cutting edge technologies or projects. Nowhere to advance within teams. Only way to get a promotion is to get an external offer and use as leverage. Two days/week required in office and feels like that number will just increase. Salaries are much lower compared to other companies in the industry. 401k plan is not good. If you quit mid-year you don't get any 401k contributions.
