Pros

The employees are treated well and forefront of the companies, and what we do every day is tied back to how we are making a difference for our customers. The leave and pension policies are generous and the company encourages employees to take time for vacations and family. They have a generous profit sharing and goal-based bonus program for eligible associates.
Cons
There are many layers of compliance and risk which can slow down projects and innovation. While the layers help ensure security for the organization and customers, it can unnecessarily delay initiatives that don't require as many layers of security and are less risk.
