They got rid of all the sr. Management years ago, now people who don’t know the jobs are attempting to manage their teams with no knowledge of the actual job. Lots of knowledge gaps. Training is all over the place.

Immediate team and supervisor were supportive and knowledgeable. Great place for a long term career if desired. Career development/movement encouraged.

Cons

Typical Big Corporate feel may be a turnoff ('values, family culture' and other meaningless feel-good jargon). Most roles require some in-office days, though it may not be a concern for everyone.

Decent training, a lot to learn, work from home opportunities

Cons

Those who sign up for FMLA will be passed on for job opportunities and micro managed. A lot of higher ups do not have any passion for their jobs and prefer to sweep problems under the rug. Old technology. Back when I left they were just finally dropping their MS DOS based database. Employee Assistance Program is barebones and not very good. Health insurance benefits are not very good any more. Life insurance that was offered is now just a term policy and not a GUL policy like before.
