Pros

Good company overall. Gives back to the community. Pension 401k profit sharing, large company so benefits are good. If you are there long extra PTO and Vacation time which is nice.

Cons

Pay - definitely don’t feel compensated appropriately. Reorganization that seems to never end. Restructuring has left employees wondering what job titles and levels really mean.

I believe they are positioning themselves to be sold, so they're cutting any service or help to advisors back, and struggle to keep competent employees.
