      Usually great people to work with. Managers are usually pretty relaxed and promote a positive culture of taking time off from work

      Cons

      Experience largely depends on what area you're in. People that started at the same time as me with a similar skillset got promoted extremely fast, while others have remained stagnant despite good performance reviews.
