Pros

Downtown STP, Skyway access to loads of lunch options all year round, amazing benefits and compensation.

Cons

Management; doesn't matter the department. The way they are forced to manage their people garners a you vs them environment and it always feels hostile. My recommendation is the record EVERY conversation you have with your manager, regardless of how innocuous it feels.
