      Pros

      Great starting pay, PTO, their campus is pretty cool.

      Cons

      I'm starting to feel like this is one of those companies that reel you in by talking about how "we're all family here" but in reality it feels the opposite. You ask for help and they always say "we're here to help" but literally everyone ignores you. It's like they are helpful and hands on initially but once they've got you in it's all over.

      Pros

      If you want an email job that will allow you to fly under the radar of mgmt with minimum effort, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no internal controls or oversight of quality. Mgmt can lie up the chain about results in order to save their jobs. There are a lot of disconnected depts that refuse to work with each other which is a huge waste of resources to the company, but nothing will be done when this behavior is enabled and executive leadership is not willing to get into the details for fear of their own failures coming to light. Too much chaos overall.
