Pros
People are extremely kind and helpful. The company wants you to success by having employees set professional goals and working towards them with financial incentives. Profit sharing is awesome. They reward hard work, it is actually noticed and rewarded.
Cons
Company will sell you to another company and prevent you from applying for 3+ year period. You must pay for parking downtown, except I never felt safe walking through the skyways to get to my desk to car. There is a lot of homeless and other sketchy people roaming the skyway begging for money. When you don't give them what they want they will get verbally abusive.
