Pros

I have worked for this company for 5 1/2 years, part-time. When I first joined they told me that family comes first - and they have always been true to their word. Don't get me wrong people work hard and know what they need to get done and get it done, but they work as a team. Benefits are better than average.

Cons

Industry is currently under some pressure which has caused some lay offs / expense cutting - which is never a positive thing. Hoping things will turn around shortly.

Pros

This is a great place to work. The team is extremely hardworking and passionate about their mission of properly disposing of electronics and protecting customers' data. Management cares about the people who work here and are constantly looking for ways to invest in the team. The company also gives back to the community by sponsoring and participating in a series of community service initiatives.

Cons

You will work hard here and that type of environment is not for everyone. If you want to be a part of a team that innovates and is pushing new boundaries, this is a good spot.
