Pros
Come to work and do what is expected of you and you will do fine. If you are looking for a job that doesn't expect anything from you this is not the place to be. Show up on time and ready for work, I've never had a problem for the most part with management or staff.
Cons
This area tends to promote from (its who you know not what you know". The company tends to take to long to post open jobs. management does not share much company history or the company structure with officers. I was at Securitas 6 months before I knew the chain of command & who are the bosses. I've worked here a few years & still don't know the company structure, operating areas or the leadership team. We don't even get the company news letter. We have asked for it. As a officer we have SEIU only thing I can say at best its a poor union. Our area doesn't a union rep and the union or company doesn't care for at least 3 years.
