      One of the more reliable security companies in central Florida.

      Pros

      - Uniforms supplied to you at no extra cost. - Bi-weekly pay through direct deposit. Never had an issue with pay like some smaller companies. - 1st aid, AED, CPR training paid for by company for site specific contract.

      Cons

      - Promotion was given after advising manager of better job offer. - Managers seem to have more accounts/employees than they could possibly track. - Regional VP treated managers like crap. Verbally berated them when mistakes were made. - Personal time off would have to be put in with scrutiny i.e. if it wasn't in writing or your shift wasn't properly covered then it wasn't happening,

      Pros

      At the Houston HP location there's only 3 days on 4 days off!

      Cons

      12 Hours Shifts Mostly, not that much overtime and not that much room for advancement. .... High turnover rate.

      Was removed from position after being lied to for 6 months by upper management. Never ending calls at night w/o pay.

      Pros

      Security officers got paid to surf the net and do small tours of the buildings with little instruction from the client.

      Cons

      The security officers had is pretty easy, but my position as account manager was under payed, overworked, and based on cover your mistakes and don't let the client know much about our operations. I was paid $13/hr to run security for a multi-billion dollar bio-pharm company. Security officers barely made $10 an hour. No training, hid things from client and the FDA.
