Pros
Gets your foot in security, and get the Guard card you need in your state. The ability to basically do nothing for your shift.
Cons
Where do I start. If your smart don't expect to get promoted. They don't like any one who is smarter than the management that is at the branch level. Management likes to put down there employees and then in return expect them to be grateful that the officer has a job. And the pay is crappy.
