Not bad pay for an entry level job. They'll hire anyone. Very easy work.

Cons

Little to no training, oversight, or communication. Many officers are moved, whenever they need you elsewhere, with little to no prior notice. Contracts end all the time with no guarantee you'll have another site to work at, even if you were with a union. Our call tree was hardly ever updated, and sometimes, even during emergencies , no one on the call tree would respond, leading to sites going dark for whole shifts. Need more hours? You're not getting any. Need a new uniform? They won't get it to you unless you pester them day after day.
