      Best company for beginners

      Pros

      They help you get your guard license and they are really flexible plus it’s great pay and very hard to get fired if you do your job

      Cons

      They make a lot of abrupt changes, some of the post are very cold, they don’t have a great training system but you should be fine

      Out of touch district and branch management, low pay in comparison to similar jobs elsewhere, little to no room for advancement.

      some amount of unappreciation or recognition. Doing good work is treated the same as doing the bare minimum.
