Low pay for long time

The pay is awful, I hate when people you work with directly speak other languages in your presence to exclude you from a conversation, but pivotal details can be lost in translation and this is very common among many groups here. Example... Someone knows they're going to call out but tells the other person first so they can pick up their shift and that person is working overtime already. The are NO GOOD BENEFITS. NO PTO. No Incentives. They don't care if your sick, or having family related issues, or having mental health issues from a lack of work like balance. They don't coach, they fire. Churn and Burn for all reasons. They never compliment on something they like is done well, they just chastise for the new changes from management or what you do wrong and harp on everything wrong with you day after day. They don't trust they hire us to do a job so constantly check that the job is being done right. Simply put if managers or coworkers don't like you, they will find a way to fire you. The growth opportunity is based on favoritism or how likeable you are to management. If you don't get along with everyone you will go no where. Not performance based at all aside from passing audit. Feels like no one cares about the employee at all. Every interaction with management feels hostile or like you know what you did wrong lately.
