Pros

Good hours and schedules. Overtime was always offered. The work environment was friendly and very low politics. Depending on your site you work at is how much you'll get paid.

Cons

No paid time off and had to work holidays. If you didn't work holidays you wouldn't get paid. Very little room for advancement.
