PM's are the sole point of accountability for project success or failure, even when outside parties(techs/subs/GC's/EC's) and events cannot be mitigated by the PM to maintain project and revenue forecast trajectory. Cohesiveness and teamwork between teams can be better. Intra-team support is lacking sometimes and finger pointing and blaming vs. issue resolution happens too frequently and doesn't held drive project closure. Need improved PTO policy and allotments

Not enough internal resources to do job effectively. Main concern was revenue. They put to much on people’s plates. Not a good balance of work and personal life. To stressful.
