      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and mobility to take on new/different responsibilities, they still manage to attract talented individuals so lots of smart coworkers. Low bureaucracy and a get-shit-done attitude.

      Cons

      Intense pace and pressure to perform. Layoffs every 6 months that rock morale and give the overall feeling that HR is coming for everyone at some point. CEO is difficult and drives a culture in which a chosen favorite few are lauded and everyone else is on thin ice.

      - For individuals who are very proactive, adept at solving problems and "rolling up their sleeves" to get stuff done, SecurityScorecard is a great place to grow and develop in your career - Lots of opportunity for internal promotion and for top performers to take on new and diverse challenges and responsibilities - Many ways to impact change across the org with innovative programs such as "Bar Raisers" where employees are seconded to different business units and asked to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operations

      Cons

      - It is a fast paced environment (even in comparison to other high-growth tech companies), which takes some time to adjust to and isn't the best fit for everyone - The business is rapidly growing, changing and evolving in many areas, which can be difficult for some employees. The folks that have the most success at SecurityScorecard are the ones who can embrace this change and adapt with the business.
