Pros

Financial compensation is good, but not nearly enough.

Cons

SecurityScorecard is a really a horrible company to work for. I was part of a team of amazing smart individuals, but they were picked off one-by-one for the most part. The company either burns its brightest people out with unrealistic and unclear expectations and goals or you have to be at the mercy of the constant changing direction of the CEO. They do smaller RIFs every quarter now across the board. My best advise is stay away from this place. It is an extremely toxic environment!
