Pros

-I felt my pay was decent -Wellness Fridays (not sure if they're being continued) -Some of the benefits are nice like Unlimited PTO, quarterly bonuses, parental leave, and education stipends -My team was pretty chill actually. I can't complain about them. -Flexible hours, I was encouraged to take a break if needed -Unique company with awesome product -Company was respectful when I left, in my opinion -Weekly/biweekly company meetings

Cons

-There are some super awesome people who work here, but from the top it radiates a bit of anxiety and negativity. I was told for weeks at the start of my job "don't take it personally," because they said someone I worked with will likely be rude to me as I simply did my job. Basically when everyone says to not take something seriously and just accept rudeness, it means you're being bullied and treated badly and I saw people be treated that way sometimes. I didn’t like that some people tolerated rude behavior, like it should be normal in a professional setting. -Anxiety that doesn't resolve itself with one employee wellness day a month. I had major anxiety, especially at the beginning of my job, which was a red flag. -Top leadership was disrespectful to people and their time, including candidates -Uncertainty about your job. Also, random people would end up let go and I would have no clue what happened to my manager and others on a random day of the week. No one would speak about it. -Health insurance premiums went through the roof just for bad coverage -Company doesn't always seem to listen to their employees, even though some surveys have been circulated. Maybe things will be better implemented in the future though. -Lots of change and very fast paced. Sometimes was a pro, but other times caused a lot of stress.
