      Pros

      Great tech stack/tools, caring coworkers, growth mindset / forward thinking / collaborative culture. I am relatively new but really impressed with my time so far at the company. Top notch people and talent seem to be in leadership roles and below.

      Cons

      None really so far - company is not afraid to try new things and learn from their mistakes.
