      High retention company, sucking your life energy until you quit

      Weak managers on all levels Nepotism and protectionism protect one but destroy others. This also reflects on customers, but this is not important to managers. People come and go real fast - leadership is quick to announce a newcomer, but no one mentions those who are fired (almost like in a dystopian novel) The company's managers are quick to manipulate and let go of people. A "yes, sir" culture is being nurtured and is needed if one wants to stay longer. This is a customer-oriented company only formally. Internal disarray and interests leave the customer elsewhere.

      Free snacks and drinks in the office

      Cons

      Terribly controlling CEO. All decisions had to go though CEO and he trusted no one. Everything in the office and on the phones was recorded like the place was runny the KGB.
