      Variety of tasks, day to day, and from season to season. Interesting and challenging work supporting schools.

      Cons

      Advancing within and increasing earning potential has been limited in previous years.

      Pros

      The company stays true to all of their values and really leans into their strength as an industry leader in student safety. The new wave of leadership REALLY cares about their people and their customers and it is incredibly empowering as an employee to have that force in the drivers seat. The organization is set up as a well oiled machine and very little is left to chance.

      Cons

      In the past there were holes in the organization either in terms of how the teams were set up or the leadership for a given group, but that has changed drastically.

      It is a pay check. Great place to work if you're looking to be exploited.

      Cons

      Where do I start? I've never worked in such a unprofessional environment in my life. This is not a place to try and further your career. You will never get a fair chance. They hand out promotions to only the ones they groom. If you earned it and worked for it you will never see the first offer of a promotion guaranteed. Worst place you could ever work. This company will even defame an employee to get out of that promotion they promised. This company will has even attacked employees over disabilities. Words and actions never match with management. One minute your job is in jeopardy. Then they need you do to a favor and offer fake promotion talk.
