I worked at Securly for a significant period, and unfortunately, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. While the company may have some positive aspects, there are several areas where it falls short, leading to a frustrating and disheartening work environment. One of the major issues at Securly is the lack of clear communication and transparency from the management team. Important decisions and changes within the company were often implemented without proper explanation or consultation with the employees. This created confusion and a sense of disconnect, making it difficult to align with the company's direction and goals. Another concern I had was the limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Despite expressing my interest and seeking new challenges, I found little support or guidance from the management in terms of professional development. The company seemed to prioritize external hires rather than recognizing and promoting internal talent, which was demotivating.
