      You will not move up from a BDR. No one gets promoted. Everyone is waiting to get the next AE or CSM jobs and they only hire outside of the company.

      Management is a mess. Revolving door, under qualified, operating with little to no oversight or inspection. Pay well under industry standards. Support in key areas such as operations, sales enablement, marketing etc lacking severely impacting everyone’s ability to perform at the highest level.
