      Pros

      Growth is there, hard work gets recognized, RnD is phenomenal for reps always updating and adding to the solutions feature base. Definitely for someone who is their own problem solver and can work effectively when independent.

      Cons

      Like any startup their are wrinkles that need to be ironed out. Things can change on a moments notice. Be flexible and worry about your work and the rest will take care of itself.
